We provide free prenatal classes at our office. New classes begin the first Tuesday of each month, and are presently held in our office in the waiting room because of the easy parking. Classes are from 7:00-9:30 p.m. We will help you arrange a tour of the Regional Center for Women as well when you come for your classes. Through Spartanburg Regional's Wellness for Life Center at Westgate Mall, you can participate in programs designed for pregnant women, including preparation for breastfeeding. We have an exercise program known as Mother Well, which is designed to physically prepare expectant mothers for delivery. Please call for details.
